Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at lsnenterprise@aerowear.us within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
